G/L Export

The following is information regarding the Search Criteria section of G/L Export:

•Year – The start and end prompts are mandatory fields – general ledger information for years preceding the start year or later than the end year, will not be included.

•Type – Select the type(s) of accounts to be included in the export.  If any types are checked, only those types will be included in the export.  If none are checked, all types will be included.

•G/L Number Range – If selected, the start and end prompts below will prompt allow the user to select a range of general ledger account numbers. 

•Start – Account numbers less than any entry in this prompt, will not be included in the export.

•End –  Account numbers greater than any entry in this prompt, will not be included in the export.

•Dictionary Items Range – If selected, the export’s results may be defined to include only specific codes in specific elements of the G/L and/or alias element structure.
