Stock Export

The following is information regarding the Search Criteria section of Stock Export:

•Brand Description – If an entry is made in this prompt, stock that does not include the entry in the Brand Description will not be included in the export.

•Catalogue Description – If an entry is made in this prompt, stock that does not include the entry in the Catalogue Description will not be included in the export.

•Product Description – If an entry is made in this prompt, stock that does not include the entry in the Product Description will not be included in the export.

•Stock Number – Stock numbers less than an entry in the Start field will not be included in the export; similarly, stock numbers greater than an entry in the End field will not be included.

•Vendor Number – Stocks associated with vendors whose vendor number is less than any number entered in the Start field will not be included in the export; similarly, stocks associated with vendors whose vendor number is greater than any number entered in the End field will not be included in the export.

•Product Group – If the export is to be limited to specific product groups, select the desired group(s) from the drop down list of product groups.
