How to Add/Modify Board Seniority / Service Codes

 

This screen is used to add, modify or delete a Board Seniority Service Code. Seniority/Service Codes are optional; however, when used they assist in the automation of allocation of Absence credits, vacation pay in payroll, salary placement and pension dates calculation.

 

Use the following steps to Add/Modify Seniority / Service Boards:

 

          1. Click on Board Control

          2. Click on Seniority / Service

          3. Click on Seniority / Service Board

           

          

          

          4. Right-click the grey grid below the Sen/Serv Code column and Select New Record

          

          5. Enter the relevant information within the grid (All Fields are mandatory). Double-click on a grid-column to modify the value (Consult the user guides for more information about each field)

          6. Click the Save button to save your changes
