How to Import & Update TI Codes

This background process reads files containing a list of all the TI codes (teaching qualifications) owned by the OCT from the Ontario College of Teachers (OCT) and loads it into the K212 HRP database. Make sure to Unzip and place in appropriate folder.

Use the following steps to Import & Update TI Codes:

          1. Click on Board Control

          2. Click on Staff Development

          3. Click on TI Codes Update

          4. Click on the Submit button to Import & Update TI Codes
