How to Add/Modify Assignment Code Records

 

This screen is used to create, modify and delete an Assignment Code record.

 

Use the following steps to Add/Modify Assignment Code Records:

 

          1. Click on Staffing

 

          2. Click on Staffing Process

          

          3. Click on Assignment Maintenance

 

           

          

          

          4. Click the Find button at top of the menu bar to see all records in the database.

          

          5. If K212 HRP dialog box displays, click Yes to continue.

          

          6. Select a current Assignment Code to modify or Select New at the top of the menu screen to add a new code

          

          7. Select a Status value (i.e ACTIVE)

          8. Select an Allowed in Staffing Process value (i.e Y)

          9. Right-click the grey grid below the Grade Code column and Select New Record.

                    Click on the Add All Grade Codes to add all grade codes in the database instead of entering them one by one.

                    

          10. Enter in any other relevant information on the grid.(All fields are Mandatory) (Consult the user guides for more information about each field)

          11. Click the Save button to save your changes
