How to Run a WHMIS Employee Report

 

This screen is used to produce a report that contains Employees and the status of their training.

 

Use the following steps to Run the WHMIS Employee Report:

 

          1. Click on Board Control

          

          2. Click on Staff Development

 

          3. Click on WHMIS Employee Report

 

           

           

 

          4. Click the Location Code drop-down menu to select an option or use the '...' button located beside it (i.e ELEM)

 

          5. Click the Employee Group Code drop-down menu to select an option or use the '...' button located beside it.(i.e Benefits)

 

          6. Click the Status drop-down menu to select an option.

 

          7. Click the Submit button at the top of the menu bar to generate the Employee Notes Report
