How To Enter Key Values
This tab is used to Add/Modify & displays a list of Key Values that can be used further in the Tags Tab. Key Values may be required to further define the values of Tags that may be used to display data in the body of the email. Not that the information specified on the Criteria tab is used to select the employee records/email addresses to be included in the distribution, whereas the Key Values are used to further define the Tags used to display information in the body of the email.
Use the following steps to Enter Key Values:
1. Click on Staffing.
2. Click on Email Notifications


3. Click the Find button at top of the menu bar to see all current Records in the database.

4. If K212 HRP dialog box displays, click Yes to continue.

5. Select the record that needs to be edited in the Tags grid.
6. A new record will auto-populate in the Key Values grid which can be edited by double-clicking the grid-column.
7. Enter a valid Key Column select a value from the drop-down (i.e EC_ABSENCE).
8. Enter a valid Key Value
9. Click the Save button.
