How to Mass Update/Run Employee Information Report
The screen is used to enter report parameters and run the report either with or without updating the database.
•If Update mode is selected, this process performs a Mass Update on the database using a simply constructed SQL statement. This process should only be run if the impact of running an SQL statement directly on the database, if fully understood.
•The “Update Database?” option is used to run this process (and produce the report) without actually modifying any data on the database. This job should first be run with “Update Database?” set to No so that the report can be verified before re-running and actually updating the database.
Use the following steps to Mass Update/Run Employee Information Report
1. Click on System
2. Click on Employee Mass Update
3. Click on Employee Mass Update

4. Select a Table Name value
5. Enter a Column Name value
6. Enter a Reason value
7. Select a Update Database value
8. Enter a New Value (if applicable) (Consult the user guides for more information about each field)
9. Enter a Condition under which records will be updated value (if applicable)
10. Click on the Submit button to Mass Update/Run the report
