How to Assign SmartFindExpress Classification Codes to Job Codes

 

This screen is used to assign SmartFindExpress Classification Codes for each Job Code.

 

This information is used by the SmartFindExpress Job Translation process when importing timesheets and absences from the SmartFindExpress Job Information file.

 

Use the following steps to Assign SmartFindExpress Classification Codes to Job Codes:

 

          1. Click on System

 

          2. Click on SmartFindExpress Interface

 

          3. Click on SmartFindExpress Translation Table Job Maintenance

 

          

          

          

 

          4. Click the Find button at top of the menu bar to see all records in the database

          

          5. If K212 HRP dialog box display, click Yes to continue.

          

          6. Select a current Job Code

          7. Right-click the grey grid below the Classification Code column and Select New Record

          

          8. Enter the relevant information within the grid. Double-click on a grid-column to modify the value (All fields are mandatory) (Consult the user guides for more information about each field)

          9. Click the Save button to save your changes
