How to Run a Online Summary Report

This query only screen is used to query a summary of the data calculated in the Projection Calculation screen and add a percent on top of the Projection (additional Salary or Allowance increments) for trial calculation. The calculation only allows for single Salary and Allowance percentage increase/decrease figures and is therefore intended for rough estimates only. The process will capture the FTE and current salary values and generate a contract-year increased cost estimate using the % amount stipulated. Any dummy records that were included will be reflected in the projections.

Use the following steps to run a Online Summary Report:

          1. Click on CNS

          2. Click on Online Summary

          3. Click on Online Summary

          4. Click the Find button at top of the menu bar to see all records in the database.

          5. If K212 HRP dialog box displays, click Yes to continue.

          6. Select a Contract Code record needed for the Online Summary

          7. Enter a Contract Year to be Projected: value

          8. Click the Calculate button to calculate the Salary, Allowance and Benefits of the specific Contract Code
