How to Add/Modify Absence Groups

 

This screen is used to add and modify Miscellaneous Code Types and their Codes. Code Types are identified by a unique two character abbreviation. Each Code Type must also be defined in the Data Dictionary (the K212 HRP Elements Maintenance Function), which is located in the System Administration menu.

 

Use the following steps to Add Absence Groups:

 

          1. Click on Board Control

          2. Click on Absence          

          3. Click on General Tables

          4. Click on Miscellaneous Codes

          5. Click on Miscellaneous Codes Maintenance

           

          

          

          6. Click the Find button at top of the menu bar to see all records in the database.

          

          7. If K212 HRP dialog box displays, click Yes to continue.

          

          8. Select Code type = AG  on the left-hand grid

          9. Right-click the grey grid below the Code column and Select New Record

          

          

          10. Enter in the relevant information on the screen (All fields are mandatory) (Consult the user guides for more information about each field)

          11. Click the Save button to save your changes
