How to Add/Modify Email Address's for Union Representatives

 

This screen is used to add, modify or delete a contact email address for a Union Representative.  If an email address is set up here, it can be included when using the Email Notifications Module.

 

Use the following steps to Add/Modify Email Address's For Union Representatives:

 

          1. Click on Staffing

 

          2. Click on Union Code Translation Maintenance

 

          

          

           

          3. Click the Find button at top of the menu bar to see all records in the database.

          

          4. If K212 HRP dialog box displays, click Yes to continue.

          

          5. Select a current Union Code to modify or Select New at the top of the menu screen to add a new code

          

          

          6. Enter a unique Union Code value (i.e Teachers Union)

          7. Enter a unique Description value

          8. Enter a unique  Abbreviation value

          9. Select a Status value (i.e ACTIVE)

          10. Click the Save button to save your changes
