How to Copy Groups into the Active Directory

 

This screen is used to initiate a background process (see Background Processing section later in this document) that will Create new groups in Active Directory and update the membership of the new (and existing) groups to reflect the current active employee records. An employee’s username will be included in an Active Directory group if that employee has an active position record in the corresponding Employee Group on the date that this process is executed.

Use the following steps to Copy Groups into the Active Directory:

 

          1. Click on Board Control

          2. Click on K212 Portal

          3. Click on Copy Groups to Active Directory

          

          

          4. Select a Are you sure you want to export the groups to the Active Directory? (Consult the user guides for more information about each field)

          5. Click on the Submit button to export the groups
