How to Run a ONSIS Snapshot Report

 

This module creates 4 reporting snapshots/table dumps of certain data in K212 HRP that is required to be captured at a specific point and time in order to accommodate gathering data and verifying information for ONSIS annual reports.  4 Reports can be run:

 

Board Report Extract

Principal/VP Appraisal  Report Extract

TPA Report Extract

OnSIS Elemental TPA Collection Extract

 

Use the following steps to Run ONSIS Snapshot Report:

 

          1. Click on Staffing

 

          2. Click on ONSIS

          

          3. Click on ONSIS Snapshot Report

 

          

          

          

 

          4. Select a Submission Period Type value

          5. Enter an Academic Year range (i.e 2016-2017)

          6. Select an Overwrite Existing Table Data? value (i.e No)

          7. Select a Board Report Extract? value (i.e No)

          8. Select a Principal/VP Appraisal Report Extract? value (i.e No)
          9. Select a TPA Report Extract? value (i.e No)

          10. Select an ONSIS Elemental TPA Collection Extract? value (i.e No)

          11. Select an Employee Group value (i.e APPSP)

          12. Enter in any other relevant information on the screen. (If applicable) (Consult the user guides for more information about each field).

          13. Click on the Submit button to generate the report
