How to Print an Allowance Grid
The Allowance Grid Listing Report is a list of all levels of an Allowance Grid for a specified Employee Group. Only active allowance records (ie. with a record status of A) are included for the specified employee group and allowance code where the run date is between the Grid Start Date and Grid End Date (inclusive).
Use the following steps to Print an Allowance Grid
1. Click on Board Control
2. Click on Compensation
3. Click on Print Grids Menu
4. Click on Allowance Grid Print

5. Select an Employee Group Code value
6. Select an Allowance Code value
7. Select an Effective From Date value
8. Click on the Submit button to generate the report
