How to Purge All Records in a Table

 

This screen is used to select tables to be purged in order to save space and processing time within the application. The process is used by the system to delete all records within the table that fall before the Up To Date.

 

Use the following steps to Run a User Authorization Report:

 

          1. Click on System

          2. Click on Space

          3. Click on Space Management

          

          

 

          4. Select a Table to be Purged value

          5. Select a Run? value (Y=Purge)

          6. Click on the Submit button to purge the tables
