How to Mass Update Work Calendars

 

The Work Calendars Batch Update screen is used to process work calendars for a new effective date for any number of Absence Groups.

 

This screen also allows:

Option to process for All Absence Groups, or select individually. 

Process in Trial Mode or Update. 

Work Calendars Processed Report, and Work Calendars Error Report are produced.

 

Use the following steps to Mass Update Work Calenders:

 

          1. Click on Absence Management

          

          2. Click on Work Calendars Batch Update

 

          

          

          

          3. Select an Absence Group that requires the Update

          4. Select a As of Date value

          5. Select Submit Indicator = Y

          6. Select a Submit Mode (i.e Trial)

                    Selecting 'Trial' mode will generate a test document of all updated records when submitted, but will not actually update the records within the database until submitted in 'Update' Mode.

          7. Click on the Submit button to update the calendars
