How to Run a Pay Calendar Report

 

This process produces the Pay Period Calendar Report which outlines pay calendar information of designated Employee Groups maintained on the system.

 

Use the following steps to Run a Pay Calendar Report:

 

          1. Click on Payroll

          2. Click on Reporting Menu

          3. Click on Ad Hoc Group

          4. Click on Pay Calendar

          

          

          5. Select an Employee Group value

          6. Select a Year value

          7. Click on the Submit button to generate the report
