How to Import/View/Approve Web Transaction Batches

The Web Absence Transaction Import screen is used to perform the following functions:

View web transactions (pending, current & history) and their details

Approve pending web transactions so they will be picked up by the import process

Import approved web transactions into an Absence Batch

This process builds one or more batches, depending on the number of transactions in the WEB transaction table and the set maximum number of transactions in a batch.  Each batch is assigned the least unused 3 digit number. The process produces a report showing all batches that have been created, as well as the number of transactions in each batch.
