How to Create New Statutory Deductions For All Employees

 

This process is used to close the current Statutory Deduction records and opens new Statutory Deduction records for every Employee.

Use the following steps to Create New Statutory Deductions for All Employees

 

          1. Click on Payroll

          2. Click on Year End

          3. Click on Create Statutory Deductions

          

          

          4. Select a Date for closing latest Statutory Deduction records value

          5. Click on the Submit button to create the new deduction records
