How to Run a Pay Data Freeze
A Pay Data Freeze will prevent updates to selected tables for a window of time determined by the payroll department. This feature is intended to be primarily used to enable the payroll department to perform entitlement, authorization and to run the pay without new changes occurring to the database (and therefore without additional records being un-authorized).
Use the following steps to Run a Pay Data Freeze:
1. Click on Payroll
2. Click on Pay Process
3. Click on Pay Data Freeze

4. Select a Table Name to modify
5. Select Pay Data Freeze? value (i.e Yes)
6. Click the Save button to save your changes.
