Supervisor Approval:

 

This screen is used by Supervisors with board level access to approve timesheets.

 

Process:

          1. Select a Timesheet Status.

          2. Select an Employee Work Location.

          3. Select an Employee Group.

          4. Select a Supervisor.

          6. Click Search.

          7. Click on the hyperlink under Employee ID to explore further information. All basic information about the employee will be displayed.

          8. Select Group Actions to Approve, Reject or Delete timesheets in a batch.

          9. Click on  and select Edit to edit the employee. Select View to see more details about the employee or Delete to delete the employee. Click on Approve to approve the timesheet or Reject to reject the timesheet. If there is an entered value, the timesheet has been entered into the system. If there is no value, then it must be entered before moving further.
