To define Appeal Outcomes, choose Incidents, Define Appeal Outcomes. A list of appeal outcomes (if any) will appear. To add a new one, click Add. To edit an existing appeal outcome, select one and click Edit. This is an example of an editing box. The adding box will look the same but will have no information entered.
