To access Inquiry choose Reports, Inquiry, Present Students or Past Students. You may want to produce a list of students whose parents drive them to school. Inquiry comes with a number of criteria that you can add to groups in an Inquiry list. From the opening Inquiry screen, you can either open or create a list.
Ontario only: The search design allows schools/board to easily find students who have overrides for the home/concurrent flag. For example if a school wanted to know how many students have this school as the holder of the OSR and are concurrent or have an override because of the entry dates, the current design allows for it.
Notes:
Only the Central Office version of Inquiry has a Select School Command and Schools button.
The Co-op Manager version of Inquiry does not have Include Students Registered or Include Students With Which Home School options.
The Inquiry program contains three main elements:
