Data Reconciliation

When defining Board Tables through Central Office (Students, Custom Fields and Tables), it is possible to generate that list based on data in use as the school level.  Reconcile System tables, will go to each school and using the value in their respective table, write back to Central Office new and different values.   Please note, application looks to Min #, Board # (OnSIS # if applicable) and title.  If there are any variances, then a new entry is created.

A board should seriously consider the status of the schools’ tables prior to running this application.  Be careful as to whether or not to run this feature.  If the schools do not have ‘good’ tables, then the board may wish to just manually add the table values themselves.
