The Pocket PC must be connected and ‘cradled’ during the synchronization process. The information gets copied to the Pocket PC immediately.
The Palm does not need to be connected during the Maplewood synchronization but it needs to be connected and cradled when the ‘hot sync’ button on the Palm is pressed to copy the information to the Palm.
Users can be in Maplewood during the synchronization of Palms and Pocket PCs.
Multiple users can synchronize their PDAs simultaneously as long as each user is logged into Maplewood under his/her own login. No two people should synchronize while logged into Maplewood using the same login as this will cause problems.
