Interim Reports (Subjects)

These have provision for up to six marks/grades for each course. The marks/grades may contain data automatically calculated from other marks. Attendance may be included. Only the title line of each course description is included (i.e. MAT1G1 Mathematics). Provision is made for a notice to be printed on all reports.

To format an Interim Report (Subject), choose Marks/Grades, Print Report Cards, Interim Report. Then select the date from the list. Select the semester from where the courses will be printed.  You will be asked which Marking Columns 1-6 should be included, followed by any heading text. Specify if Course Descriptions will be included. Specify if Class Attendance Totals will be included. Specify the Comments 1-6 that will be included. Next enter the Comment space that will be provided per course. Finally, you can include a Notice.
