To access the main Utilities screen, from the Administration System choose File, Maintenance, Topic-Based Marks, Correlate Database.
This feature synchronizes class lists, teacher names and students with the Topic-Based Mark database. If at any time there is a discrepancy between the Maplewood Administration system and a teacher’s list on Maplewood connectEd, running a correlate should be run.
Suggested uses:
- At the start of a new school year after transferring to current.
- Whenever there are major changes to classes and students.
- Prior to printing report cards.
- Prior to mapping marks to the main administration system.
