Allows users to define the possible diplomas that students can receive. Maplewood will be providing predefined diplomas, or this table can be entirely user defined.
To create a list of Diplomas for your school, choose Marks, Define Diplomas. A list of current diplomas will appear. From this box you can add, edit and delete. To print a list, click Print.
When you add a Diploma, you will be asked to enter an English and/or French Title, an English and/or French Short Title, a Ministry and Board Code, and a Legal English and French name.
If the legal named is defined, it name will print on the transcript. This is useful in situations where a school may want to track a diploma major (such as OSSD - Agriculture) but the official diploma name is Ontario Secondary School Diploma.
