Erasing Topic-Based Marks

To erase Topic-Based Marks, choose Marks, Topic-Based Marks, Erase Topic-Based Marks.

1. Select Class or Homeroom from the View Options frame.
2. Select a class or homeroom from the drop-down list.
3. Select a Term and Topic.
4. If you wish, click the Filter button to select a method of deleting.
   
   
   
5. Click Erase Marks. 

Note: To erase columns, use the Set Column To Value frame and keep the defaults of N for marks and 0 for comments.

This removes previous marks and inserts flags where marks must be entered in preparation for entering new marks. For each column, files must be cleared before you can enter marks. This process

• Removes any entered marks
• Indicates to the program that reports have not yet been printed
• Makes an adjustment in the files to facilitate locating marks not yet entered
