Report Builder has a browse option when saving/opening reports so you can save or view reports on any drive and in any folder, including the local C drives of their own machines. (Not available in Terminal Services).
It defaults to the Admin\IN folder whenever you open or save a report.
It also allows you to create folders in the Admin\IN folder and in other folders. This means that schools can have reports in their own folders (one for the secretary, the principal, etc.) or in folders intended for users in a specific department such as attendance, guidance, board, etc.
Each folder or subfolder can hold up to 999 reports and if you need to re-index, you will need to re-index each folder separately.
