Schools can use the Export feature in Report Builder to export the students' classes in their timetables. We have the following limits: 16 semesters, 16 terms/semester, 15 periods per day and 16 days in the cycle. They can export the classes so you have the names of the subjects in their timetables (using export for student information), and it is possible to export the "master timetable" indicating where the classes are taught (using export for classes).
Example Format
surname, usual name, 3 letter code, semester 1/period 1 course code, sem 1/per 1 classroom#, sem1/per1 teacher, etc. These 3 fields (course, room#, teacher) are repeated for sem1/per2; sem1/per3; sem1/per4; sem2/per1; sem2/per2; sem2/per3; sem2/per4.

There are Maplewood Templates for four time periods of the school year – Semester 1 Term 1, Semester 1 Term 2, Semester 2 Term 1 Semester 2 terms 2. It seems to work better doing them separately. It also means you have up-to-date information. Individual student timetables can be changed actually on the Palm at any time, very quickly. The templates are done for a “Day 1”.
