Grade Averages and Student Report Cards

Elementary schools are required to submit all report card achievement including marks and learning skills, along with the grade 7 and 8 averages for each subject on the report card.  This batch file will contain the report card information providing Maplewood was used to generate the school's Ontario Provincial Report Cards.

This flag is based on what is selected within, Student Information, Report Card Details. If the checkbox is selected, then a value of T is sent and all other report card information is excluded from the file for that student (regardless if marks are entered or not).

This flag is based on what is selected within Student Information, Report Card Details. If the NA checkbox is selected for a particular strand, then a value of T is sent. If NA_Flag is sent as 'T' then the mark for that strand (for that term) will not be sent, regardless if a mark exists or not.
