A school calendar must be created each new school year. The school calendar specifies the school days throughout the year and which days are holidays, P.A. days, etc. This only needs to be done if a new calendar wasn't created in the transfer to new year process.
The calendar can be modified later at any time under File, School Setup, Calendar, Edit.
