When you enter studentsÂ’ choices, you can print a list of students who have a choice entered more than once, or have a choice entered that is not included in next year's Courses File (i.e., an invalid choice). To print this list, choose Scheduling, Print StudentsÂ’ Choices. From the print selection box, select either Print Students With Duplicate Choices or Print Students With Invalid Choices.
Using the Administration System for Windows, entering a student's choices should not allow you to enter an invalid choice; however, if this does occur, you can run a report of Students with invalid choices and the course in question will appear in bold.
