FTP to Maplewood Setup

Please do not use PASV Connections

If you are trying to access our FTP site via Internet Explorer, the URL is:

ftp://customer:customer@ftp.maplewood.com

  1. If you have trouble accessing the FTP site via Internet Explorer, please ensure that PASV connections are turned off. Choose Tools, Internet Options.

 

  1. Next uncheck (no checkmark visible) "Use Passive FTP (for firewall and DSL modem compatibility)".

 

  1. Next, if you are still experiencing difficulties, choose Tools, Internet Options and uncheck (no checkmark visible) "Enable folder view for FTP sites".

 

If this does not resolve your issue, please contact your system administrator to ensure that Port 21 is not blocked by a firewall.
