Set up a list of Discipline Infractions and Discipline Consequences by choosing Students, Custom Fields/Tables, Discipline Notes, Infractions or Consequences.
Infractions: A box will appear with a list already set up (if any). Click Edit or Add to make changes to the list. Be sure to enter a definition for either English or French or both. Examples could be assault, harassment.
Consequences: A box will appear with a list already set up (if any). Click Edit or Add to make changes to the list. Be sure to enter a definition for either English or French or both. Examples could be expelled, suspended.
If more than one person adds a note to the same student, using the same date (in case of discipline - same consequence and discipline), the note from user who first clicks OK will be saved first, the note from the second user's OK, will be saved next and append underneath and with the first note.
