If you want to view or change any of the information recorded in a student's history records, use Student Records and select from Current or Past Students.
Present students: choose Students, Student Records call up the student and choose the History tab.
Past students: choose Students, Past Students. Choose Modify Student and choose the History option.
Regardless of which method is used, the same screen is then presented. Along the left-hand side of the screen is a listing of every course the student has completed. For each of these courses, the date the course was completed, the final mark/grade obtained, and the credit value of the course are displayed. If the course is required in order for the student to graduate, a 'Yes' is displayed under the compulsory (Comp.) column. If the course was obtained at another school prior to coming to this school, a 'Yes' is displayed under the previous school (Prev.) column. If all the courses are not displayed on the initial screen, use the cursor down or PgDn key to see the remaining courses.
Changes to the information on the completed courses may be made using the Courses option. Press 'C' to select the Courses choice, align the arrow beside the course that requires changing. Press the Enter key to record any changes.
If you are adding a new course, align the arrow beside the empty course at the bottom of the list of courses. Then enter the information for the new course. Only course codes in the Code File may be entered. If a course is to be deleted, align the arrow beside the course and then replace the course code with an 'X'.
