Code Management

Code Management defines 3 different categories; Commodity Code & Commodity Code G/L relate to codes which are used for purchasing commodities. The Location Code is the third code & represents a demographic listing of all the board schools, facilities, and departments.

Note: The Commodity Code & Location Code are a prerequisite for purchasing. They are one of the first items to be set up in the application.
