Vendor Export

The following is information regarding the Search Criteria section of Vendor Export:

•Vendor Name – This selection will allow the Starting At and Ending At prompts to be by vendor name range.

•Vendor Number – This selection will allow the Starting At and Ending At prompts to be by vendor number range.

•Starting At – Vendors whose name or number (depending on the selection above) is less than any entry here will not be included in the export.

•Ending At – Vendors whose name or number (depending on the selection above) is greater than any entry here will not be included in the export.

•Type Code – If not all vendor types are to be considered for this export, select the desired type from the drop-down list. (Only one entry per export can be specified; as always, leaving this prompt blank will consider all vendor types.)

•Postal Code – Enter a full postal code to export vendors, based on postal codes. Entering a partial postal code will result in no vendors exported.

•Area Code - Enter a telephone area code to export vendors based on area codes. 

•Commodity Code – If the vendor export is to include only those vendors that are coded as dealing with specific commodity codes, select the desired commodity codes in the drop-down list here.  If selected, vendors will not be included in the export ,unless they deal with at least one of the commodity codes specified.
