The System Maintenance submodule allows users to switch the maintenance mode ON/OFF. This may be used in circumstances where the applications is going through any changes or updates. When the the system maintenance button is turned ON, only those users listed in the Maintenance User Mode grid will have access to the application. Once the maintenance mode button is turned to OFF all users, including those not listed will have regular access to the application.
By clicking on the Maintenance Mode button, the switch will turn green and a message will display indicating maintenance mode has been turned ON. Click the button again to turn maintenance mode OFF.
