How to Import K212 Portal User Names

This screen is used to initiate a background process (see Background Processing section later in this document) that will load a list of User Names into the Employee database.

K212 HRP must have an employee’s User Name on file in order to provide that employee access to the K212 Portal and to maintain the employees membership in the appropriate security groups.

There are two possible methods available for loading an employee’s username:

•Run this module to import a list of user names.

•Allow the employee “self register” on the K212 Portal.

Use the following steps to Import K212 Portal User Names:

          1. Click on Board Control

          2. Click on K212 Portal

          3. Click on Import User Names

          4. Select an Import Source value

          5. Select an Overwrite Existing Username? (i.e No)

          6. Click on the Submit button to import usernames
