How to Build Projection Grids

This background process uses the information setup in the Projection Maintenance screen to create projected Salary and Allowance Grids. The only option available is to identify which contracts and projections this process should be run for. If this process is rerun for a Contract Code which has been run previously, it deletes the existing projected Salary and Allowance Grids before creating new ones. A Number of contract codes will appear and you can select the contract code / projection code you wish to generate or you can perform a query on the specific code you wish to run. Enter “Y” in the run indicator field and submit the job. There is no report generated by this process. These projection grids can be verified by the Print Projection Grids processes

Use the following steps to Build Projection Grids:

          1. Click on CNS

          2. Click on Build Projection Grids

          3. Click on Build Projection Grids

          4. Select the record that needs to be Run and select Run = Y in the Run Column for that record

          5. Click the Save button to save your changes

          6. Click the Submit button to Build Projection Grids.
