How to Add/Modify SmartFindExpress Classification Codes

 

This screen is used to maintain the SmartFindExpress Classification Codes

 

This information is used by the SmartFindExpress Job Translation process when importing timesheets and absences from the SmartFindExpress Job Information file.

 

 

Use the following steps to Add/Modify SmartFindExpress Classification Codes:

 

          1. Click on System

 

          2. Click on SmartFindExpress Interface

 

          3. Click on Classification Code Maintenance

 

          

          

 

          4. Click the Find button at top of the menu bar to see all records in the database.

          

          5. If K212 HRP dialog box display, click Yes to continue.

          

          6. Select a current Classification Codes to modify or Select New at the top of the menu screen to add a new code

          

          

          7. Enter a unique Classification Code value

          8. Enter a unique Description value

          9. Enter a unique Abbreviation value

          10. Click the Save button to save your changes
