How to Add/Modify Establishment Codes

 

This screen is used to add or modify Establishment Codes. Establishment Codes used throughout the system are verified against this table.

 

Use the following steps to Add/Modify Establishment Codes

 

          1. Click on Board Control

 

          2. Click on General Tables

          

          3. Click on Establishment Codes

 

          

          

          

          4. Click the Find button at top of the menu bar to see all records in the database.

          

          5. If K212 HRP dialog box displays, click Yes to continue.

          

          6. Select a current Establishment Code to modify or Select New at the top of the menu screen to add a new code

          

          

          7. Enter a unique Establishment Code  value

          8. Enter a unique Description value

          9. Enter a unique Abbreviation value

          10. Select a Status value (i.e ACTIVE)

          11. Enter in any other relevant information on the screen (If applicable) (Consult the user guides for more information about each field)

          12. Click the Save button to save your changes
