How to Add/Modify Employee ID to a Username in the K212 Portal

 

This screen is used to directly map an Employee ID to a User Name in the K212 Portal without having to run the “Import User Names” batch process. It also allows the administrator to view what username is mapped to a specific employee.

 

Use the following steps to Add/Modify Employee ID to a Username in the K212 Portal

 

          1. Click on Board Control

 

          2. Click on K212 Portal

          

          3. Click on Employee User ID

 

           

          

          

          

          4. Enter a Search parameter, such as Employee ID

                    To View ALL Employee's, Simply click the Find button, with no parameters entered.

          5. Click Find at the top of the menu bar

          

          6. Select an Employee ID to modify

          7. Enter a unique User ID  value

          8. Click the Save button to save your changes
