How to Clean Up History Table

 

This process copies selected audit records from EC_EMPLOYEE_AUDIT table to the EC_EMPLOYEE_HISTORY table, and performs a purge on the EC_EMPLOYEE_AUDIT table. There are no reports generated by this batch process.

 

Use the following steps to Clean up History Table:

 

          1. Click on System

          2. Click on System Audit

          3. Click on Clean Up History

          

          

          4. Click on the Submit button to clean up the tables
