How to Run a Board Audit Report
This screen creates the Board Level Audit Report, listed by Table Name. It provides an audit trail by date, user id and changed through screen of all record keys that have been changed or inserted. Once the report has been run the user has the option to set the processed records indicator to ‘Y’ and then delete all records that have been flagged.
Use the following steps to Run a Board Audit Report:
1. Click on System
2. Click on System Audit
3. Click on Board Audit Report

4. Select a Change Record Status to Processed? value
5. Select a Delete Processed Records? value
6. Select a Sort Report By value
7. Click on the Submit button to generate the report
