How to Run a User Authorization Report
The User Authorization Report provides a list of allocated permissions for each user as well as a ‘last amended’ date audit trail for every update made by that user. All current User ID records that exist in the table CMD_MENUITEM_PERMISSIONS are included in this report. The report shows what access has been set for users. It does not reflect what access they may currently have, as this can be impacted by other settings like “Access End Date” and “Enabled?” on the User Access Maintenance Screen
Use the following steps to Run a User Authorization Report:
1. Click on System
2. Click on Users
3. Click on User Authorization Report
