How to Create/Import Timesheet & Absence Files for the K212 HRP Web Tables

This process will read an SFE ‘Job Information’ file and create an Hourly Timesheet file, a Daily Timesheet file and an Absence file in a format suitable for importing into K212 HRP.  It will then optionally (based on the parameters selected before submitting) import the Hourly Timesheets, Daily Timesheets and/or Absence Transactions into the Web tables in K212 HRP.

The Import Profiles SFE_HRLY, SFE_DLY and SFE_ABS are required to perform these imports.  These profiles are created automatically during installation of K212 HRP and should not be modified (re: Board Control > General Tables > Import Profile Maintenance).

This information is used by the SmartFindExpress Job Translation process when importing timesheets and absences from the SmartFindExpress Job Information file.
